My life’s journey
The journey into your own strength often takes meandering paths. My first passion was acting. I pursued my goal with all my heart until I ended up writing due to a lack of money. It took me a while to realize that my true home was in developing stories - so I created the fates of the characters for well-known German series formats, paying careful attention to how much you can put them through. What do they have to suffer & when is it time for a piece of happiness?
I had everything under control until real life struck and snatched my beloved husband away from me. Heart attack at the age of 40. I was left with our then 8-month-old daughter. She was the reason that I didn't bury myself in self-pity, drowning in grief, but looking for a new perspective of life. This is how I found Merav Gur Arie, a wise woman and great Pantarei practitioner who supported my journey back into my strength. No, not back, but into a different power. One that we feel when we face whatever comes our way in a crisis without giving up. With a focus on the here and now, the joy in all the heaviness.
Death has not only taught me a lot about loss and grief, but also about the gift of the moment and the preciousness of existence. So how did I want to spend the rest of my time in this wonderful playground? Inspired by my own experience, I ended up at Pantarei Approach and found another home.
I feel richly blessed to be able to accompany people on their life journey, to be there with full presence, to lovingly hold the space until all blockages can be released. Because I am convinced that the more we have the courage to feel and show ourselves in all our vulnerability through our bodies, the deeper we connect with ourselves and thus with the delight of being.
